You will enjoy working with our caring and knowledgeable staff. You will benefit from our staffs' emphasis on continuing education. Our dental assistants and hygienists have many years of experience and love what they do. Our business office staff will take the time to answer your questions about insurance, scheduling and financial arrangements.
Dr. Monica B. Swope, DDS
Monica Swope graduated with a health science degree from Western Michigan University. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She completed the course at Hornbrook Center for Cosmetic Dentistry and Nash Institute of Dental Learning.
Dr. Swope has spent a lot of time throughout the community with career day speeches and numerous health fair events associated with several churches in the area. She volunteers regularly with Leave No Vet Behind Program. Dr. Swope enjoys donating her time with the annual University of Cincinnati Community Dental Day in Blue Ash serving the under-privileged.

Dr. Swope continues her commitment to providing the most up to date care by attending courses throughout the year. Despite her many civic and professional obligations, Dr. Swope has enjoyed extensive travel with close friends and family. She has also completed many cycling events, mini-triathlons, golf scrambles and challenging hikes.
Dr. Swope is married to Rodney and they have 3 children: Kristin, Taylor and Caleb who she loves spending time with. Dr. Swope's mission is to provide dental care to the Forest Park community and neighboring areas. She is committed to serving her patients through prayer and letting His light shine so that others may follow Him.
Dr. Rebecca B. Yoxthimer, DDS
Dr. Bekah Yoxthimer is a soccer mom, triathlete, general dentist, motivational speaker and a woman of faith. She is president of the Loveland Speakeasy Toastmasters club, a public speaking and leadership organization. In 2021 she became the International Speech Champion for District 40.
Dr. Bekah is married to Dr. Rob, who is also a dentist and together they have three adventurous boys. She is now the current Dr. Ohio USA. Dr. Bekah attended The Ohio State University on an academic scholarship. She was accepted a year early into dental school. She is honored to be the recipient of the 2022 Top Dentist Award from Cincinnati Magazine. She is certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics as a Botox provider for TMJD, gummy smile and esthetic needs. She has been a dentist at Kingdom Family Dentistry for over 20 years.

Dr. Yoxthimer's passion for community service led her to start a volunteer group named Strong Women Helping Others. Her organization of over 100 volunteers sponsors charity events, such as The Studious Studs Fashion Show raising money for a homeless shelter for women and children. She also created Kicking Out Poverty, a kickball tournament that benefits providing meals for the homeless living underneath bridges in Cincinnati.
Her desire to give back led her to be a part of the "No Vet Left Behind Program" where she provides free dental work to veterans. This summer she and her fourteen-year-old went on a dental missions trip to Nigeria, providing extractions and cleanings to children at three different orphanages. Dr. Yoxthimer believes that being a dentist is great, but the most fulfilling part is being able to help those in need with dentistry.

Renee
Office Manager
Renee has been the Office Manager at Kingdom Family Dentistry since Oct 7th 1991. Renee is primarily responsible for the verification of insurance benefits, as well as answering the phone and scheduling appointments. Renee enjoys greeting patients and interacting with them as well as praying for them. Renee attends Christ Emmanuel Christian Fellowship Church, where she has been a member since 1994. Renee also serves in ministry, with "Servants To The Least Of These". Renee enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her hobby is jewelry making and Renee's Favorite Scripture is Psalms 103.
Faye
Business Administrator
Faye has been with Kingdom Family Dentistry as the Business Administrator since January 2011. She has over 35 years of customer service and financial experience. Faye finds enjoyment in working with patients and assisting with financing opportunities to complete their dentistry. Faye also schedules appointments and is one of the friendly voices you hear when you call the office. Faye loves that Kingdom Family Dentistry is a faith-based practice and prayer is incorporated each day in morning huddles. Faye enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as reading and fashion. Although she has many favorite scriptures in the Bible, her favorite book is the Book of Psalm.
Haley
Dental Hygienist
Haley is a dental hygienist at Kingdom Family Dentistry. She studied at The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash and graduated in April 2014. She started working for Dr. Swope shortly after graduating in November 2014. In her free time Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her favorite bible verse is "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" — Philippians 4:13.
DJ
Dental Assistant
DJ is a dental assistant at Kingdom Family Dentistry. She graduated from International Business College in 2010. She enjoys spending time with her family, in Indiana.
Kourtney
Dental Hygiene Assistant
Kourtney graduated from Beckfield college in November 2019 as a dental assistant and is eager to move up in the dental field. Her goal is to be an EFDA in honor to work alongside Dr. Swope and Dr. Yoxthimer. Kourtney loves to spend time with family and her daughter Kori. In her spare time Kourtney likes to travel, try new restaurants and spend time outdoors doing fun activities.
Tammy
Dental Hygienist
Tammy is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists at KFD. Tammy joined the practice in 2005, the year she graduated from UC Blue Ash. Tammy is certified to monitor Nitrous Oxide and administer Local Anesthetic and is current in CPR/BLS. One of the many things that Tammy appreciates about Kingdom Family Dentistry is the caring, welcoming atmosphere. At all times she strives to uphold the philosophy that patient education and comfort come first. Tammy treasures the patient relationships that have been established and enjoys meeting new smiling faces.
Chris
CDA, EFDA
Chris is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). She began her career in dentistry 1992 serving in the United States Air Force, after separation from the Air Force she worked in private practice while going to school at Sinclair to obtain her EFDA in 1997. She has been with Dr Swope since 2018 and states "Dr Swope's practice came into my life when I needed it most". She has been happily married since 1993.
Ashley
Dental Hygienist
Ashley is one of our three Dental Hygienists at Kingdom Family Dentistry. Ashley has been with the practice since October 2020. She is originally from Dallas, Texas, but moved here to Cincinnati from Anchorage, Alaska. She was a Dental Assistant for 12 years prior to graduating from dental hygiene school in 2018. Ashley has been married for 5 years and has a 2-year-old daughter. She and her family love the outdoors and spend most of the summer camping and fishing.
Jennifer
Treatment Coordinator
Jennifer has been in the dental field for 38+ years. She started chair side then moved to the front office. Her hobbies are gardening and making porcelain chess sets. She has two grown children that she likes to spend every minute she can with. Jennifer has recently got married and moved back to Ohio from South Carolina. Her favorite book in the Bible is Esther — "For such a time as this."
Brianna
Dental Hygiene Assistant
Brianna began her career with Kingdom Family Dentistry in February 2023 as a dental hygiene assistant. Although Brianna is still in High School, she is studying Science at Butler Tech; and upon graduating, Brianna plans to further her education and eventually pursue a career as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). Brianna lives in Fairfield, Ohio and in her spare time Brianna enjoys weight lifting and reading.
Lorraine
Recare Coordinator
Lorraine is the newest member of our team. Lorraine has 35+ years of dental experience and expertise and is well-versed in all aspects of the front office functions. Lorraine has strong faith and is blessed with one son, one daughter, two granddaughters and is excited and anxiously awaiting the birth of her third granddaughter. Spending time with family and friends are very important to her. In her spare time, Lorraine enjoys Zumba and long walks outside.
